Impact’s Middle School Sports Performance Program is designed for athletes in 6th – 8th grade. The primary goal of the program is to prepare young athletes for the demands of their sport(s) while reducing the likelihood of injury. Specifically, we aim to develop and teach the following skills:

  • Proper exercise technique and general movement patterns
  • Speed and agility
  • Coordination and reaction
  • Mobility and recovery techniques


Rates and Registration
The cost of training is dependent upon anticipated training frequency. Athletes are required to pre-pay for their training on a monthly basis. To register, go to our Online Store, choose your  preferred number of sessions per month and create a user profile. Registration and the first month’s payment are required prior to the start of an athlete's first session. 


​All sessions will expire one month from the first training session. Athletes will receive an email five days prior to the expiration of their membership prompting them to plan ahead for the following month. At this time, memberships will be placed on “auto renewal” for the same session package unless otherwise requested. Impact accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments. Members have the option to pay online. All payments are due by the first session of a new membership. Please email Impact prior to the start of vacation lasting longer than five days to adjust membership length. All membership requests should be sent to ImpactFairfield@gmail.com

Reserving Online

​Step 1. To view upcoming sessions, visit the Calendar Tab and

select program you are registered for.


Step 2. Select the specific session time you would like to reserve. 

Number of openings for each session are presented in the

right-most column.

selected, choose the appropriate family

member and click the "Reserve" button.

HIGH SCHOOL sports performance PROGRAM


Impact’s High School Sports Performance Program is designed for

athletes in 9-12th grade. Training sessions are conducted in small

group settings (2-6 athletes). Each athlete receives their own

individualized lifting card complete with prescribed weights, mobility

drills to target imbalances or areas of immobility, and accessory

exercises to address weaknesses. Factors such as health and injury

history, training history, and sport/position are also taken into

consideration with program design.

To maximize physical and performance results, athletes need long-

term, consistent training. For this reason, Impact only offers monthly

packages. Every training session is programmed with a specific purpose and interactively coached to ensure athletes make the most of their performance training. Sessions start with a dynamic warm up, followed by a combination of speed work, plyometrics, lifting, conditioning, and recovery techniques. Athletes with a monthly membership have access to the training facility on their off-days.
