2018 Youth spring camps

Speed and Strength Camp
Impact’s Youth Speed and Strength Camp is designed for athletes in 3rd – 5th grades. The primary goal of the program is to teach and develop strength and speed skills in a fun, positive environment. 
Program Dates and Times
        Mondays and Wednesdays

To reserve your athlete's spot, register at the “Online Store” or email Coach Brady ( A completed health history form is required prior to the participation in the athlete's first training session. Please bring a water bottle and a clean pair of tennis shoes to change into each day. 

     Speed and Strength Camp Sessions

        4 sessions - $45

        8 sessions - $80
