GOALS OF COURSE

  • ​​Knowledge of and ability to perform basic movements or modifications
  • Improve strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility
  • Identify primary areas of immobility/weakness and how to properly mobilize/strengthen
  • Improve body composition

CLASS PACKAGE
10-class package: $150




IMPACT ADVANTAGE
  • One body composition analysis each month
  • ​Six different workouts per week (3 strength/3 metabolic)
    • ​Prescribed weights for strength days, movement individualization when needed
  • Unlimited group fitness classes per month
    • ​13 different class times available, see "Schedule" tab
  • Gym pass to come in on "off" days or go thru routine when unable to make class
  • Goal sheet to set and track both short-term and long-term goals
  • Option to choose specific strength tract after 12-weeks of general program
    • ​Examples: Olympic Lifting, 1x20, Power Lifting, Endurance
