Impact’s Football In-Season Training Package is designed for high school

football players. The primary goals of the program are to facilitate recovery

from competition, reduce likelihood of injury, and maintain strength and


Package Schedule

The 9-week program starts Friday, August 25th

and runs thru Saturday, October 21st. Athletes have the options to train:

​​Athletes can pick-and-choose from the sessions mentioned above as they see fit each week. For example, a varsity player will likely benefit most from a Saturday Shakeout and one or both training sessions on Sunday whereas the 9am Saturday training session would be best for a JV football player a day of recovery before their Monday game. We will do our best to remain flexible and prepared for each athlete since there are many variables that influence an in-season training program. The lifting component at Impact will complement the Volt Program lifting sessions administered at the school.

As mentioned, the package also includes access to Impact Monday through Thursday, either before school or after practice, for mobility and regenerative work. 

Rates and Registration
The cost for the 9-week package is $245. An “early bird special” will run through August 21st for $225.
A completed
health history form and payment of first installment (50%) are required prior to the start of the athlete’s first session. Impact accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments.

Athletes are required to reserve their spot at least 5 hours in advance for each session via our website or ZenPlanner app. This will allow Impact coaches to prepare accordingly for each group of athletes. Any injuries must be communicated to Coach Brady by 8am on a training day to allow for program modifications. Visit the
