INTRO TO IMPACT

Ready to move better, feel better and live better? Our 6-week on-boarding Intro to Impact class is a great place to start!


During the 6-week class you'll gain the confidence to:

perform a dynamic warm up routine,

demonstrate a variety of exercises with correct form,

read your individualized training card,

and ultimately find a way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine no matter how hectic or busy life becomes.


Worried about past injuries or current health conditions? We'll address these in a confidential one-on-one Strategy Session prior to the start of the first class. This 60-minute consultation includes an overview of your health and training history, a body composition analysis, and a movement assessment. Plus, you'll get to meet the coaches and view the training environment before you step in the door for your first class.


Intro to Impact 6-Week Package Includes

  • Strategy Session conducted in one-on-one setting
  • 12 Semi-Private Classes*
  • Weekly emails with recap, answers to your questions, and tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym

6-Week Package Cost: $225
